Après des études en Ingénierie des Systèmes d’Information complétée par un Master en Management des projets, j’ai commencé ma carrière dans le secteur de Grande Distribution en tant que Process Manager. Depuis 12 ans j’ai occupé plusieurs postes de responsabilité dans le domaine de la Supply Chain au Maroc comme à l’étranger.

Plénière 6 : Conséquences des crises sanitaires et géopolitiques sur les supply chains : entre résilience et transformation durable

Prof. LIVOLSI Laurent

Maître de conférences à Aix-Marseille Université, il dirige le centre de recherche en transport et logistique (CRET-LOG) qui est la plus importante équipe française sur ces thématiques en sciences de gestion et du management. Il a créé, et co-dirige désormais avec Christelle Camman, la chaire « Supply Chain Management & Prestation de Services Logistiques » rattachée à la fondation A*Midex d’Aix-Marseille Université pour les initiatives d’excellence.

Ses travaux de recherche s’intéressent aux processus de structuration et d’institutionnalisation des organisations logistiques et supply chain, ainsi qu’à leur pilotage. Il a reçu le prix FNEGE du meilleur ouvrage en management 2018 pour « La logistique, une affaire d’Etat ? ».

Plénière 7: contribution to smart Morocan Anti-Covid 19 governnace: the art and sience of digital supply chain

 

Mr. BERBICHE Nawfal

Certified demonstrated senior logistician by MIT and the International Society of Logistics (SOLE)

since 2014, this retired army logistics colonel has 25+ years of blended academic, industrial, government and humanitarian experience. He is an associate researcher preparing a PhD thesis on Global Supply Chain Optimization within Laboratory LASTIMI at Mohammedia School of Engineering, with Master of Economics on Strategy and Governance at UM5R in 2009 and many postgraduate advanced logistics diplomas from the prestigious institutes of MIT, plus US Army Logistics University and Spanish Academia de Logistica from 2014 to 2017. His progressive supply chain duties in challenging operational tempo environments, drilled him to prioritize decisions under stress and coordinate

efficiently collaborative agile closed-loop supply chains based on forecast accuracy, risk mitigation and

contingency management.

His organizational, relational and technical expertise, along with hybrid education and emotional

intelligence, helped him shape and lead strategic defense logistics teams for equipment and crisis response management, acquisitions, training and international cooperation. He assured part-time teaching for more than 1100 learners in Morocco and Europe in the subjects of Multi-functional Supply Chain, Leadership, Strategic Planning, and International Humanitarian Law, who is always learning to improve through RETEX, scientific research, teaching and affiliations to AMLOG, CELOG and SOLE. Decorated with NATO, French and national Commemorative Medals for contribution to Peace, Freedom and Humanitarian relief in Bosnia and Kosovo (2002-04), and singled-out for outstanding performance on large-scale supply chain projects, surveys and C3 events by national and international Organizations

and Universities.

Martin Beaulieu, M.Sc. est chercheur associé au Groupe de recherche CHAÎNE de HEC Montréal. Ses travaux de recherche portent sur les défis de l’intégration de la chaîne logistique. Il a rédigé de nombreux articles et études de cas portant sur la gestion de la chaîne logistique et la gestion des opérations dans le secteur de la santé et cela au cours des deux dernières décennies. Il a obtenu de nombreux contrats de recherche d’organismes publics. Il a eu la chance de publier dans des revues comme International Journal of Operations and Production Management, Supply Chain Management: An International Journal, International Journal of Technology Management, Journal of Purchasing and Supply Management ou Technological Forecasting and Social Change.

Prof. BUFFINGTON Jack

Jack Buffington is the Program Director/Professor for the Supply Chain Management program and the Denver Transportation Institute at the University of Denver. Prior to this role, Jack was responsible for supply chain logistics for MillerCoors Brewing Company, the second largest beer company in the U.S. and fourth largest in the world. In this role, Jack was responsible for warehousing, distribution centers, and factory logistics for seven breweries in the U.S. and multiple international operations. During Jack’s career at MillerCoors, he has had responsibility for various functions in Information Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, and special projects such as the merger between Miller and Coors and Coors and Molson. Buffington has also served on a variety of supply chain professional boards such as CSCMP and DBM.

Buffington received a Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management from Lulea University of Technology in Lulea, Sweden.

 

Afterwards, he was a post-doctoral research at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. Jack’s research is focused on a 21st century supply chain system that includes the development of the world’s first closed loop system for plastic and its implementation around the world, focused on inner cities in the U.S., Asian nationals, and remote tribal regions. Other applied areas of research include Omnichannel Logistics, first/last mile logistics and smart cities, and supply chain management and healthcare optimization. Jack has published over twenty peer reviewed journal articles and has published six general business books, with a new book coming out in 2022 titled, “Reinventing Supply Chain: A 21st Century Covenant to America.”

Ingénieur chimiste de l’École nationale des sciences appliquées du Maroc et titulaire d’un MBA en chaîne d’approvisionnement de l’Université Laval à Québec. Actuellement occupe le poste de directeur de la chaine d’approvisionnement chez Messer Americas, ou je m’occupe du réseau de distribution au niveau de l’est du Canada.
